Carroll’s Energy Logic Hood Controller can be installed in nearly any commercial kitchen ventilation system. When made part of your hood system, the electronic control panel matches energy use to the load requirements that vary throughout the day, unlike conventional systems that waste energy by maintaining peak output at all times.

Available in wall style, overhead and island style (shown) with your choice of Bus Bar or hard wired, our modular UDS offers flexibility to expand or reconfigure your appliance layout without customary remodeling costs. Safety features include automatic shut- off devices for gas and electrical devices, electrical ground fault protection, safety rated steam fittings and state-of-the-art integrated fire suppression system (optional) prefabricated in the UDS electrical tower--an exclusive feature developed by Carroll (fire system, power wash reel and water purification systems are optional).
