History

Carroll has manufactured high quality UL Listed commercial kitchen ventilation hoods since 1982. Our exhaust hoods and Air Purification Units have been installed throughout the U.S. and around the world in 15 countries. We offer solutions to consultants and architects for ventilating restaurant kitchens, hotels, universities, high rise buildings, food courts and every other food service application.

Since the beginning, Carroll's complete range of exhaust hoods, from the basic baffle filter type to high efficiency water-wash grease extractor hoods, have been manufactured to the highest quality in the industry.

In the early 1990's we added Utility Distribution Systems for improved functionality of kitchen appliance installations and modernized our Integrated Fire Systems. Later in that decade we developed our Air Purification Technology with both mechanical filtration units and electrostatic units. With market and principal changes In 2009, we began developing our energy efficient On-Demand Exhaust Control Systems and DX Coil devices as options to our entire hood line.

Today, all Carroll products are manufactured in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
